A specification is made up of sections and subsections. Sections are numbered automatically (1, 1.1, 1.1.1), and the numbering is updated whenever you add, move or delete a section.

Add a section

• Click Add top section to add a section at the top level.
• Open the context menu (…) on a section and choose Add subsection.

Move a section

Drag a section to a new position in the tree – on the same level or under another section. Its subsections move with it.

Delete a section

1. Open the context menu (…) and choose Delete.
2. Click Confirm.

Note: Deleting a section also deletes all its subsections.

Set the section status

Select a section, then choose a status next to the section name: Draft, In Review or Approved. The status is shown in the section tree. New sections start as Draft, and changing a status doesn't affect parent sections or subsections.

Molio documents

ℹ️ Molio documents follow the Molio structure:

• You can only delete sections you've added yourself.
• New sections are added at the end.
• Sections can't be moved with drag and drop.
