Add project
Only Account Administrators can add projects:
- On the Home dashboard, click the tile labeled New project which takes you to the Account Settings.
- Click the Add project button.
- Fill out all the necessary information. You can upload a picture for your project to make it easier for your colleagues to find.
💡 You can choose to base your project on a self made project template.
Add users to project
Only project administrators can add users to a project. (An account administrator who creates a new project is automatically granted the access level of Project Administrator):
- From the Home dashboard navigate to your project.
- In the bottom of the sidebar click the gear icon which takes you to the Project Settings page.
- Click Users in the sidebar menu.
- Add users to your project by typing their email addresses.
- You can assign a user the access level of Project Administrator.
- Email invitations are sent to the users. No further action is required on your part
💡 You can create user roles and assign each user to the appropriate role. This is helpfull when sharing views in the object table.
Add Revit files to project
NTI COMANAGE supports Revit files in version 2024, 2025 and 2026.
- Download the Revit add-in.
- Add both ACC and local Revit files to your project.
- Select with Revit categories you want to work with.

Add properties
You can add properties to your types and instances. First you create your properties and then you add them as columns to the Object table in the Manage section.
- Go to the Configuration section.

Click Add Property. You can create different types of parameters.
- Input: Create an empty property which shall be filled out manually in the object table.
- Model Data: Create a property based on one of the source parameters synchronized to COMANAGE.
- External Data: Upload a csv-file on the External Data card and create one or more properties based on the columns from the csv-file.
- Function: With the function property you can count the number of instances for each type, view the total sum of dimensions, create running numbers and add calculation formulas.
- Reference: Add a reference property hat combines two or more of your existing property values.
- Go to the Manage section and make the properties/columns visible and enrich your objects.
Manage objects
The objects from your synchronized files will be displayed in the Object table and you can enrich your objects with data.
- Click Manage in the sidebar navigation.
- See the types and instances from the model(s) that you have synchronized.
- From the Select properties list choose which properties you want displayed.
- You can create and save views and share them with your collegues.
- You can add a so called 'Placeholder objects', enrich it with data, and transfer the data to multiple source objects at once.
- You can locate specific elements within the 3D model viewer.
