The first step in working with sources is to add your Revit files to your COMANAGE project.
Adding ACC files

Option 1: Add and synchronize from the COMANAGE Web Platform
- Open the relevant project in COMANAGE.
- Go to Models (remember to sign in to ACC in the upper right corner).
- Click Add Model or Add IFC fro ACC.
- Browse and select the file from Autodesk Docs.
- The file will appear in the list of files.
- Click the three-dots icon and select Import Settings to choose which categories you want to synchronize.
- Click the three-dots icon and select Synchronize to upload objects to COMANAGE.
Option 2: Add and synchronize from Revit

- Open the cloud file from Autodesk Docs in Revit.
- Click the NTI COMANAGE icon Synchronize in the Revit Add-ins ribbon.
- If not allready logged in, log in with your COMANAGE credentials.
- In the Revit Add-in dialog, select the COMANAGE project you want the file to be connected to.
- Once added, the file will appear in COMANAGE on the Models page/Project Home section.
- Optional: Click the three-dots icon next to the file on the Models page and select Import Settings to choose which categories you want to synchronize.
- In the Revit Add-in dialog click Upload to synchronize the selected categories to COMANAGE.
Adding local files (only via Revit Add-in)

- Open your local Revit file in Revit.
- Click the NTI COMANAGE icon called Synchronize in the Revit Add-ins ribbon.
- If not allready logged in, log in with your COMANAGE credentials.
- In the dialog, select the COMANAGE project you want the file to be connected to.
- Once added, the file will appear in the Models section in the COMANAGE web platform.
- Optional: Click the three-dots icon next to the file name and select Import Settings to choose which categories you want to synchronize.
- In the Revit Add-in dialog click Upload to synchronize the selected categories to COMANAGE.
- 💡Local files must allways be added this way. Only ACC files can be added via the COMANAGE web platform.
