You can change Model Data values directly in the Manage object table. These values come from a Revit file that is synchronized with COMANAGE.
What can be edited?
Parameters that are not read-only in Revit. Any read-only parameters in Revit cannot be edited in COMANAGE.

To edit a value in the Manage object table, the property must be set to Editable in Configuration.
Go to the Configuration section
Click Add Property
Select Model Data
-
Select a Revit parameter and give the property a name
select only one Revit parameter and make sure it's not read-only
Set the Model Data property to be Editable by clicking the checkbox.
Click Add.
The property will now be editable in the Manage object table.
Edit a value in the object table
- Go to the Manage object table and open your preferred view.
If needed, add the property as a column: Select columns. - Double-click the cell you want to change.
- Enter the new value and press Enter or Save.
The change is saved immediately in COMANAGE.
See the original model value
When your value differs from the model value, a notification icon appears next to the cell.
Hover the icon to see a tooltip:
“Value changed by user.
Original value: <value>”
This lets you compare your edit with the model data at any time.
Revert to the model value
- Click the edited cell.
- Delete your input so the cell is empty.
- Press Enter or Save.
The original model value is restored and the notification icon is removed.
Synchronize without losing your changes
When you synchronize from ACC or Revit directly:
- Your edited values are kept and will not be overwritten.
- Only fields you haven’t edited are updated from the model.
- If the incoming model value matches your edited value, the notification icon disappears automatically.
