In Objects → Manage, you see the types and instances from all synchronized models in one table, next to a 3D viewer. You find the objects you need, add the information that is missing and share your setup with colleagues.

1. Open a view
A view decides which objects and columns you see.
- Click Select view at the top of the Objects card.
- Choose a view, for example one your Project Administrator created or one a colleague shared with you.
Views show either Types or Instances. See Select views.
2. Make your own view
- Click + in the tab strip, enter a name and choose Types or Instances.
- Click Select properties to choose columns.
- Filter, sort or group the columns as needed.
- Open the tab's context menu (three-dot icon) and click Save.
To let colleagues use your view, click Share in the same menu and select their roles. See Views in the object table.
3. Find objects
- Filter a column from the three-dot icon in its header. See Filtering values in the object table.
- Group by one or more properties. The group footer counts objects and sums length, area and volume. See Group columns.
- Use the 3D viewer: select Show in Viewer on a row to highlight it in the model, or select elements in the model to highlight their rows. See Working in the Model Viewer.
4. Add information
Double-click a cell and enter a value. A lock icon in the column header means the property is read-only. A crossed-tools icon means your role can't edit it.
💡 If you edit a value that comes from the model, NTI COMANAGE keeps your value when the model is synchronized again. Hover over the icon in the cell to see the original value. See Editing model data values.
5. Export
Click the Export icon to download the objects in your current view as Excel, CSV or text. See Export objects to Excel, csv or txt.
