The first step in working with IFC model data is to add your IFC files to your COMANAGE project.

Add IFC files from Autodesk Forma

1. Open the project in COMANAGE.
2. Go to Models.
3. Make sure you are signed in to Autodesk Forma.
4. Click Add IFC.
5. Browse and select the IFC file.
6. Select the categories you want to import.
7. Start the synchronization.

Add local IFC files

1. Go to Models.
2. Click Add IFC.
3. Select the local IFC file from your computer.
4. Select the categories you want to import.
5. Start the synchronization.
