Yes, you can upload a CSV file and create properties based on the columns in the CSV file. 

1. Go to Configuration.
2. Click Add External Data on the External Data card.
3. Select a CSV file from your PC and save.
4. Now go to the Properties card and click Add Property.
5. Select External Data.
6. Select both Type and Instance if you want the CSV values to be shown on both types and instances in the object table. 
7. In the External Source drop down, select the CSV file that you just added.
8. In the Column drop down, select one of the columns from the CSV file.
9. Click Add (now repeat point 7 and 8 to add more columns from the CSV file).
10. Go to the Manage section and add your properties/columns to the Object table.
11. When editing a cell in one of the object rows, a dropdown menu will appear, displaying all the correlated columns derived from the same CSV file.
12. Select a value from the dropdown, and all the correlated cells in the object table will be automatically filled out.
