Did you synchronize an IFC file? 

No?

• Go to Models in the Project Home section and add a local or ACC file on the IFC card. 

Yes?

• Maybe you haven't selected any categories before synchronizing?

Select categories 

• Go to Models and locate your IFC file on the IFC card. 
• Click Import Settings in the context menu (the three-dot icon at the end of the row).
  • Select the desired categories (you can filter the IFC version column if needed)
  • Click Save and Close
• Then click Synchronize in the context menu.
• Now you should see the IFC types in the object table - see how to create instance views
