What is Auto-Sync?

Auto-Sync allows you to connect NTI COMANAGE with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) so that your models are automatically synchronized when a new version is available.

This ensures you and your team are always working with the latest model data, reducing the risk of outdated information and manual syncing.

Where do I find it?

You can enable Auto-Sync from:
HOME / <project name> / OBJECTS / Models 

There you’ll see a column called Auto Sync, with a switch available for each ACC source.

How does it work?

• Toggle the Auto Sync switch inline (no need to open edit mode).

• Once enabled, the system checks for new versions every 15 minutes.

• If a new version is available, it will automatically synchronize the model.

• You can disable Auto-Sync at any time by switching it off.

• Manual synchronization is still available if you need it.

Access rules

• If you do not have access to the ACC source, the Auto-Sync switch will be disabled.

  • Hover text will explain: “You do not have access to the ACC source”.

• If the model is synchronized from Revit, the Auto-Sync switch is hidden (Auto-Sync is only available for ACC sources).
