For Revit files, NTI COMANAGE comes with a default configuration that includes some of the most common Revit categories. For IFC files you need to select the categories before synchronizing:

• Go to the Models section.
• Click the context menu of one of your source files.
• Click Import Settings.
• A dialog will open.
• Select the desired categories and save the changes.
• Now synchronization will only include the selected categories. 

⚠️ Selecting all categories will slow down the synchronization process.
