For Revit files, NTI COMANAGE comes with a default configuration that includes some of the most common Revit categories. For IFC files you need to select the categories before synchronizing:

• Go to the Models section.
• Click the context menu for one of your source files.
• Click Import Settings.
• A dialog will open.
• By default, 18 of the most common Revit categories are selected, along with the "Import instanced elements only" option. This means that only model elements will be synchronized, rather than the entire Revit project.
• Make any changes if needed. 
• Now click Synchronize, also from the context menu. 

⚠️ Selecting all categories will slow down the synchronization process.
